Extract `fulltrust.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. In the admin panel under plugins, activate Full Trust. 3. Go to Full Trust Set Up Page Under Settings 4. Here you need to add the Widget ID in the text box given and Save it. Follow the instructions given in the setup page to get Widget ID. 5. Were you expecting more steps? That means if a user visits your website and has viewed 5 pages (be it the same page 5 times or 5 different pages) then it is counted as 5 page views.
